yeah, so this week i had two days in a row of pt with staff sergeant "painalot"  and i was soooo sore. the soreness was soo bad that on friday when i tried to swing myself up into the duty van using my arms i used a little too much force and smashed my head on the roof... left a nice lump on top of my head, and now there's a bruise there. pretty much every time i walked my legs would buckle and i'd almost fall over, i had to walk so slow old people were passing me as i walked down the halls of the hospital to chow, a master sergeant asked me if i was alright because i was walking so funny. the process of sitting down really hurts, walking hurts especially up or down a slope, when i stand i can't really bend my legs or there's a searing pain, not to mention i can't really kneel down. today i'm not as bad as friday, but still pretty sore.

Oh no thats rough. cant say ive EVER been that sore. lol.

But eventually the point is it'll be easier for you right??

LOL lets hope so or Nick is forever gonna be sore lol
I feel for ya.
thankfully that sergeant was on leave this week and will be on leave through half of next week. though my captain in charge of the pt group i'm in enjoys running way too much, monday he was like "alright, warmup mile at 75%" so we ran a mile did some calisthenics, "alright another mile" ran another mile more calisthenics after that, "well, we only have time for another half a mile" ran two laps some more calisthenics then cool down stretches. wednesday "ok, we're doing three miles today, go" needless to say that when i finished lap 8 he was done... i wouldn't have minded three miles if it had been on the course and not the track, the track is so boring and tedious, just endless circles and circles. thankfully on thursday it had rained earlier and he didn't feel like making us run an enormous amount in the humidity, so we only had to run two laps.

Sometimes I really dislike running (mainly at gym, because coachguy (always forget his name. He's a douche, so I don't care. xD) picks the worst days.), but other times, usually when I'm wearing tight pants and tight-fitting comverse I like to run because I can run really really fast if I actually feel like running. xD But I really hate running the mile.>-<' The past two times, he made us run in either extremely hot weather, or 20 something degree weather. >-<'
Do you get used to the running? xD

lol, yes, if you run on a regular basis you get used to it. wednesday when we did pt we ran the mile and a half course through the woods and i actually beat two of the males because they were being lazy dumbasses (i'm usually the last one by like a lot). heh, if you think the mile is bad, don't join the military, for the air force pt test we have to run a mile and a half and i have to run it in under 13:47, at the end of basic i ran it in 12:20 and the last one i did i got 13:20, so i'm a little slower but i also wasn't trying as hard, i think i can run a mile in a bit under 8 minutes though. i also did like 45 pushups and 60 something situps.
