Travelling and Meeting People
So I posted this on Yahoo Answers and basically had 3 people call me a slut.  I know OM people were always nicer, so maybe you guys can give me some advice!

I'm going to Israel this winter (yay!) and I would like to meet some other LGBT people, mainly women around my age.  The internet hasn't been very helpful to me so far.

Does anyone know a good resource for finding places around the world?  I know no one has probably been to Israel, but maybe you know a site or some people.  (My gaydar sucks too! :-p So I don't want to make a jerk of myself while I'm there.)

No, I am not looking for a 1 night stand.  I'm looking to meet some people who are like me!

My friend went to isreal last year for a semester and she met alot of people and found a few bars and places..and what not...i believe tel aviv was one major hit, and im not sure where else..i could ask her for you though..im sure she'd have some sort of suggestions

try this site I think it has international travel too  www.fabugo.com I have found stuff to do all over the states and I am sure it is International too so yeah try it

if i'ts not too late - i actually have a queer friend in Isreal right now. I think she's around the Tel Aviv area. I don't know her exact location. I can put you in touch with her if you like. It's better to directly e-mail me though, since I don't check forums often. :P (athena.lam@utoronto.ca)

I know siingaporean links if anyone's ever going to Singapore, and I think I can find the China ones that I had before as well. Just putting it out there. :-)
