I'm glad he's gone. no more creepy "superstar" molesting children all over the news anymore. i mean seriously, there was something wrong with that guy, i mean he bleached his skin... that's just not right. not to mention the countless plastic surgeries.
Strange day indeed, Farrrah Fawcet and Michael Jackson. Her posters were on lots of walls when I was a kid and he has been a constant presence in entertainment since I was a kid. Wow.

First off, I'm not his biggest fan, however; I am a fan of humanity, equality, and/or diversity.
Do you personally know Michael Jackson? You speak as if you do. No one really knows what happend behind closed doors except for the people involved. To point a finger and state someone is guilty without any burden of proof would take us back to the salem witch trials. If you're not familiar then look it up.
To say "Something is wrong with that guy, I mean he bleached his skin....thats just not right....." is really arrogant, and ignorant.
I'm glad we don't live in a free country, where we have the freedom to express ourselves however we please. I'm glad we all have blonde hair and blue eyes, look exactly the same, heterosexual, and not to mention hate jews.....
I have been told that he "bleached" his skin do to a skin condition, but I guess that's still wrong in your eyes.
I'm sure he does have some mental issues, no doubt, but If you're going to dislike somebody and be tactless enough to say you're glad they have passed away, at LEAST have some good reasoning, so you don't make yourself look like an uneducated pompus ass.
I think, despite how the troubles in his life, that there's no way to deny the effect that he had on an entire generation of music and artists. He was a phenomenon in his day. Thriller had the highest sales of any record in the history of modern music. No one has come even half as close. I think he was often misunderstood and targeted by the media. Just my thoughts... :)
yeah, the jokes were kinda funny.
Personally I was never really a fan of him until after he died... then I listened to his music for the first time.. I mean, all I knew was a little from when he was a kid, beat it and thriller... but after I listened to it and watched him on tv... he may have been weird looking and everything, but damn he was talented.
The only issue I ever really had with him was the whole hanging his kid over the balcony thing. Even if it was just for a second to show his fans... you just don't do that.
Even if most people don't like him, everyone knows who he is, everyone knew his work, and he was still a big topic of conversation.... when I found out that he died I was actually really surprised... I never thought about life without michael jackson being around.
There was that one song, "Smooth Criminal", that i liked.. All the music i've heard that he did was pretty catchy, i mean, i was never a fan, but i did like that song. (I like Alien Antfarm's cover, too:) )
And it was pretty impressive when he caught his head on fire and danced away the flame XD
Now that's talent :D
this is just a ficade
