My Sister's Dilemma
So, I am sure some of you are quite aware of the issues surrounding my sister and family.  It seems the judge in charge of her case held a hearing for her today at 12:30.  I haven't heard any word on the outcome, but I do know the last time she was standing before him he told her in not the nicest of tones if he would ever happen to see her stand in his court room again he would not hesitate to throw her in jail, seeing as she kept choosing to not straighten up even after giving birth to a child.  We shall see I suppose!

 You can't do much for her and you shouldn't go down with her ship.

Hmm, funny~You'd think I would be relieved but to the contrary, quite frankly I am actually angry.  I know it won't work, she'll come back and do the same thing all over again.  Somehow, the judge decided to put her back in rehab.  Though, it came with a price.  $2,000 bond.  Oh yay, like I really want to hear about my parents once again spending a ton of money on my sister.  So, over the last few years it's racked up to about $15,000.  Nice one sister!

They left today to talk to someone concerning Angie and her drug charges, she is on home confinement.  Hmm!  Two on home confinement from the same family.  I can't help but laugh at the irony of it all.

 Wow, two that isn't good.  Some parents are committed to going down with the ship if it is a child. Some know how to let go if need be. Take care of yourself you can't save everyone in your family. And yes I can see why you would be angry she is getting attention for this and treatment and help and money thrown at it yada yada yada .

 i know exactly how you feel, over the years my older sister has cost our family over a hundred thousand dollars, which was most of my mom's inheritance. she's been screwed up on drugs countless times, she's had two kids that we've helped her raise, and every time things started going well while she was living with us she decided to stick her middle finger up in our faces and leave. only to come back crying when she can't handle things on her own.
